As National Centre of Mental Health Mongolia is an associate partner of the project, Project Coordinator, Professor Fiona Nolan gives speech during the 90th anniversary of NCMH.
Professor Fiona Nolan speaks about:
- The importance of raising the status of the nursing profession and mental health nursing particularly
- The Nightingale challenge, as part of the 2020 year of the nurse, and asked that all directors of healthcare services in Mongolia build firm plans to create at least one executive board level nurse leader in the near future- and the plans should be in place by June 2020
- The need for gender equality in nursing and there would be several Mongolian professors of Nursing sharing the platform on an equal footing with their medical colleagues
